Last updated 6 November 2026. This page explains what Macro Media Group Ltd ("we") collects when you claim a Naughty Nanny and what happens to it.

What we collect

When you comment or DM the claim keyword on Instagram, our automation (ManyChat) records your Instagram username, your Instagram user ID, the email address you send us, and the time of your claim.

If you transfer a Nanny, we also record the new owner's Instagram username and email address, which you give us, and their Instagram user ID when they confirm. If someone names you as a new owner, this is how we got your details: we use them only to offer you that Nanny, and if you do not confirm within 7 days we delete them.

That is the whole list. No names, no phone numbers, no location.

Why

• Your Instagram username identifies your Nanny. It is printed on the certificate and shown on the public verify page and registry; by claiming, you agree to that.
• Your email is how we deliver your Nanny and certificate.
• Your Instagram user ID lets us match the claim to the follow, and confirms it is you when you ask for a re-send or a transfer by DM.

What stays private

Your email address and Instagram user ID are never shown publicly, never printed on the certificate, and never shared with anyone outside Macro Media Group and the services below. We do not sell or rent the list.

Who processes it

• ManyChat (claim automation; data is stored in the US, safeguarded by the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum)
• Resend (email delivery, EU region, Ireland)
• Cloudflare (website hosting and registry storage, EU and UK)

How long

For as long as your Nanny exists in the registry, because the registry is what proves it is yours. If you ask us to delete your claim, we remove your email and user ID within 30 days; the serial stays in the registry as unclaimed and the verify page for it is removed.

Your rights

You have the right to access what we hold, to have it corrected, erased or restricted, to object to processing, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Ask at any time. Reply DELETE to any DM from the account, or email privacy@daddyunemployed.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you think we have got something wrong.

Legal basis

Consent, given when you send your email in the claim flow. You can withdraw it at any time by asking for deletion as above. Giving your email is not required by law or contract; without it we simply cannot deliver your Nanny. If someone names you as a new owner, our legal basis for contacting you about that offer is our legitimate interest in completing the transfer they asked for; once you confirm, it is consent as above. We make no automated decisions about you.
